Breakfast Dinner, and PT tests

I haven't had any pots and pans for awhile, and I was thinking about buying some, but money had been tight and when I mentioned to kevin that I'd been looking for some there was a box waiting for me as soon as I got home! Consequently I've been making lots of pancakes. The grocery part I hadn't considerred yet and pancake mix is almost all I have. Kevin tried his hand at mountain man eggs the other day which is the best breakfast ever. I remember my dad making it almost every morning but I'm sure my memory exaggerates just like I remember eating roast with carrots and potatos every Sunday. It's eggs, with hashbrowns, onions, peppers, cheese and whatever else you feel like throwing in. It turned out really good, so good in fact, that I took a picture. We finished making it at about seven at night. It's been tight with moolah working at the Y on a less then living wage but hopefully this other job comes through so I can buy some pineapple, avacados, and a wok. I am grateful to at least be working right now. One of the other things I'm working on is Physical fitness for many reasons of my own, and because Kevin is due for a PT tests here in a few weeks so we are both working hard on our pushups and situps and all that. Slowly but surely. Since he has to work hard for PT, we decided I should have a "bootcamp" of my own except for without the yelling. :) Can't wait to start getting results! We've got a lot of hiking and biking and swimming to do this summer! Oh, and as for deployment, Kevin was going to leave May 27th but it has been changed officially to the end of October. Which I am very excited about. Lastly, we went to FHE Monday night and made some new friends, and I'm starting to get to know the ward, everyone is so nice and so friendly. It couldn't have been made any easier for me to feel welcome. (The terrified picture of Kevin was taken shortly after we attempted to "adjust" his sense of fashion and show of his manly physique. It's his "I hate fashion face"
